DS Smith - Sittingbourne
Two new high speed doors have recently been installed by Enerco for DS Smith in Sittingbourne. These doors offer environmental control to ensure the manufactured rolls of paper inside the building do not get damaged by the eternal elements. The doors also provide a more comfortable environment for the employees working inside this warehouse.
Shetland Hangars
The Shetlands is a harsh environment and one that caused a number of door issues for HM Coastguard when they needed to scramble their helicopters.

Hormann Replacement
We replaced a Hormann vertical lift sectional door at a dairy in Dagenham. The New Nassau 9000 type vertical lift door with beam and console was fitted, finished in silver, with gfa motor and controls for activation.
Sixth Form College Container
An unusual project at a sixth form college, with the installation of a tube operated electric roller shutter door complete with steelwork and cladding. We cut an opening into sea container, with opening via an internal key switch.
Door Repair
This door repair needed a quick callout, after hours following door damage. We attended the site with the necessary replacement parts and tools, getting the door back to being fully operational within 2 hours.
London Dock Levellers
We rolled out these dock leveller and pod improvements in London. The old dock pods with dock levellers were removed, with new pods with dock levellers and traffic lights fitted.
Sectional Door Replacement
As part of the refurbishment of an industrial unit, we removed an old sectional door and replaced with a new sectional door, with GFA motor and TS 959 controls for activation. It's finished in anthracite grey outside and white inside.

We removed an old sectional door and provided the installation of a Delta Roll galvanised roller shutter door, with a reveal fit frame for a high speed door and flashing kit, installed with a front mounted motor.
Multiple Replacement Doors In Corporate Colour
As part of a building refurbishment, in preparation for company to move in when complete. We removed all doors, curtain walls, steels and windows, to create the openings for 3 new sectional doors with wicket doors, finished in yellow RAL 7016, including GFA motor and controls for activation. Finished with black flashing kits and a yellow fascias to complete.

Fire Door Replacement
An installation of new fire door for ACO Shefford. The initial steps were to remove the old door and cover the opening with a fire blanket, due to it being a highly flammable area. The steelwork was completed and cladding carried door up to opening and installed as per installation instructions.
High Speed Doors With Vision Panel
A full installation in Scotland of five Delta Speed doors complete with the necessary steelwork and white cladding condor units. Additionally, Enerco bollards were fitted, together with a second floor fire door, installed with scaffolding in situ.
Replacement Doors With Activation
A refurbishment for incoming, new tenants where the old sectional door and timber fire door were removed and replaced with a new Delta slide 1000AD sectional overhead door, finished in anthracite grey, with a wicket door. We fitted controls for activation, using a Delta Steel 1000 single door with a stay and push bar finished in the same colour.
Dynamic Roll Speed Door
A new dynamic roll speed door supplied and installed in front of an existing roller door, this project included steelwork and cladding safety bollards. The new door is interlocked between roller and speed doors, with activation via remotes and push buttons. We’ve also demonstrated the heading sensor installed in this facility.
Pharma High Speed Doors
A series of 5 high speed doors supplied, fitted and tested for a pharmaceutical facility in the UK. The doors were of varying widths and height, including vision panels to suit the width and height of use. These self-repairing doors provide the necessary speed of access and security.
Dock Shelters In Scotland
This dock shelter installation was rolled out to a logistics building based in Scotland. It comprised of three large inflatable dock shelters and included barriers and additional protection.
Warehouse Entry/Exit Door
This warehouse refurbishment required a new entry and exit door, we removed and disposed of the original structure and replaced with an modern, secure fire exit door, including the steel works and flashings. An excellent project working on site to deadlines and with the project manager.
Warehouse Refurbishment
This warehouse refurbishment in Basingstoke saw us remove and dispose of all existing aluminium glazed doors, fitting new steel fire exit doors. This was completed in conjunction with other contractors.
Large Storage Unit
This roller shutter installation included steelwork and cladding, helping to transform the building. The opening was cut and the door fitted immediately after, minimising downtime for the client.
Kitchen Manufacturer
We replaced the old and broken manual sectional door at this kitchen manufacturer site in Brackley, removing and disposing of the replaced product. We fitted a new electric sectional door, the client is exceptionally happy, especially thanks to the electric opening mechanism.
Distribution Warehouse
This Delta roll 4000 shutter door in Black was fitted with a wind locked lath reverse coil. It was installed in front of old shutter door, as the original was unrepairable due to being installed inside brick pillars with no access. Activation is via a GFA control panel.
Delta Speed High Speed Door
This included the installation of a steel frame, cladding and Delta Speed high speed door, followed by installing an interlock system between the existing inner high speed door, existing sectional door and new outer high speed door. This allows for only one door being open at each time. An exceptional project.
Bedford High Speed Door
This Bedford company had timber doors that required replacement, we fitted and commissioned new steel doors, providing much better security, easier access and less maintenance for the client.
Car Body Shop
This car body shop and wash bay in Tunbridge saw Enerco remove 3 manual operated roller shutters, fitting new electric safedrive roller shutters, with canopy’s. The customer was very impressed and added an annual service contract.

Working with one of our partners. The supply and installation of 2 high speed doors with frames and flashings, fitted to new insulated roller shutter doors. Included push button for access only, used for entrance and exit of a new build bodyshop.

Packaging Company
We removed the existing door for this packing company, fitting a roller shutter up inside a roof void installation, using steelwork to form an opening for personal door cladding trims. The result is exceptional, both faster and more reliable.
